About

A Warm Welcome!

As a personal coach I have a very strong commitment to helping my clients fulfill their deepest needs so they can feel truly alive. It is still true, as Thoreau said in Walden, that too many people “lead lives of quiet desperation,” because they don’t have support or knowledge to do otherwise.

I have named my coaching service Coaching With W.I.T. (W.I.T. stands for Whatever It Takes), because I am dedicated to helping my clients do whatever it takes to create a life filled with purpose and to achieve cherished goals with joy.

My experience is that once you gain clearer access to the wealth of resources inside you, just waiting to be recognized and tapped more effectively, your life can become amazingly rich.

My commitment is to stand with you, my clients, through your self doubts and confusions until you can develop, clarify, and fulfill your goals and visions.

My background in psychotherapy and education as well as coaching means that I can draw on a wide variety of approaches and skills to do this. I have had many years of experience motivating clients and keeping them focused so they can accomplish what they set out to do.

Coaching is not the same as psychotherapy. It is goal-directed and present and future-oriented. It is also fun! It will stimulate your imagination and encourage you to take risks that will open up your life. It will strengthen your physical and mental muscles, so that you can climb heights you never believed you could reach.

I offer both individual and group coaching either in person or over the telephone. Session are typically 30 to 45 minutes long and are focused on your needs and agenda. I offer a free 30 minute phone or in-person consultation so that you can personally experience what it is like to be coached. It’s sort of Try and Buy: I think of this as a win-win situation. You can contact me by going to “Contact.”
