		<description>Yes, it comes out of many years of working with people. They tell me that my approach inspires their spirits while it also offers specific steps to get where they want to go. I keep finding new ideas to bring in from all the exciting research being done. Life is definitely a work in progress for me.</description>

I can say myself that one of the biggest problems I've ever had in my life was anxiety. While my situation may be slightly different to the one discussed in the article, I firmly believe it is a huge problem for people from all walks of life.

I was shocked when I read your piece of advice: “Stewing in our own stress is not a good way to handle difficulty. Action ameliorates anxiety.”

This is very similar to what I have been telling people for a long time... when you give in to stress and anxiety, you tend to open yourself up to more anxious thoughts and feelings. By taking action, you tend to distract yourself from it which really does work.

Anyway, I thoroughly enjyoed you article! Thanks for the tips!</description>
